The best got much better!

This is easily one of my most favorite apps -- definitely among the top 3. No IAP-requirement nonsense, no energy meters or premium currency. Just tons of space goodness. Some criticize the physics of SA, and it is simplified. If you really need hyperaccurate physics for your Hohmann transfers, then go Kerbal...except you cant do that on an iPad! SA strikes the perfect balance among three tricky elements: accuracy, approachability, and dynamism. (Yes, the physics is somewhat simplified. That means you can enjoy the game without having to go through lengthy and tedious training. Yep, even the tutorials in this game are well made!) An extensive menu of parts and near-limitless sandbox makes space your playground. And for the mission/goal-oriented types, theres a list of well-crafted missions to keep your interest for hours and hours. This is a chew-up-hours type game, and would-be devs take note: this is how GREAT GAMES are made!
